Our Lemon Myrtle & Mint Tea incorporates the creamy lemony flavour of the lemon myrtle with the refreshing and fragrant flavour of the mint to create an aromatic tea blend that is calming and delicious. Lemon myrtle itself is one of Australia’s most incredible superfoods, traditionally used by Indigenous Australians to aid digestion and help boost the immune system.
Add 1 large teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water, allow to brew for 10-15 minutes.
Drink tea hot or set aside to chill.
The tea leaves can be re-brewed up to 3 times.
