Native Lemongrass


Traditionally used by Indigenous Australians to treat muscle cramps, skin conditions, headaches, fever and respiratory tract infections.


Research by Australia’s Griffith University found Native Lemongrass to be as effective as aspirin for relieving headaches. This can then further benefit serotonin levels aiding with mood, appetite, sleep and brain function.

Native Lemon Myrtle

Lemon Myrtle is a native Australian superfood that is packed with antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory and immune boosting properties.


It is packed with powerful antioxidants that can fight free radicals and protect against infection, while also containing essential nutrients like calcium, zinc, magnesium, and vitamins A & E.


Lemon Myrtle has a high content of citral that balances micro-flora in the gut to help stimulate digestion and reduce bloating.


Citral is also a natural skin cleanser that fights stress, pollution and other nasties against the skin.



Turmeric contains the active ingredient Curcumin that is a powerful anti-inflammatory.

They also contain the compound polygodial, that has been shown to protect the stomach wall and reduce inflammation in the body.
