Ingredients: 225g butter, softened 110g caster sugar 275g plain flour 2 tsp Roogenic Wattleseeds ½ cup choc chips Method: Heat the oven to 170C (fan-forced). Wattleseed Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients: 200g dark chocolate 500ml whipping cream 5 eggs separated 2 tablespoons of Roogenic Wattleseeds  Method: Place the dark chocolate in a bowl and set it over a hot water bath or melt it in the microwave.
