Native to Tasmania, these berries contain Vitamin E, iron, zinc, magnesium, calcium and high antioxidant quantities (three times more than blueberries).

The berry has a unique spicy bush flavour with sweet berry overtones. When adding to your dishes, simply swap out for regular peppercorns. Some dishes we recommend adding Pepperberries to include braised pork belly, poached pears, all cream sauces and even as a dry rub for meats.
