Eat it with melting cheese!
I made some grilled cheese on toast for a visiting friend and just before serving, I sprinkled some Sea Parsley on top. She asked me what had I put on it, commenting how the taste was really good. So I told her all about Roogenic and native bushfoods. Today, I melted some cheese with sprinkled sea parsley on top of some corn chips in the microwave. Wow, it really did add to the flavour ... my new go to for this snack :)
