Simply love these products. I've tried so many 'sleep teas', none of which do anything if truth be told. These, however, do what they say they will do. I'm getting to sleep and sleeping much deeper than I have for some time!!
Very relaxing, does the job it is designed for, however I might try the sleep tea in combination with this one as sleeping or lack of is my main problem. Great product for relaxing, highly recommended.

I'm an Australian army veteran who has served twice in Afghanistan and I have been plagued by chronic insomnia since my first tour in 2009........until now.
