I found this book to be very informative. We have a Kangaroo Apple bush in our yard which is loaded with berries. Now that I know what it is, I can make a sweet marmalade or dry the berries for a sweet burst in custard or ice cream. There is a lot of very good information in this book. Thank you Tim Low and Roogenics.
