    The Charmes of Tea for my Kids 🌼

    I raise my tea cup to these delightful teas for my three girls who drink it (from age fifteen to twenty-two) one sip at a time, during their monthly cycles to calm moods,(while instilling healthy habits) and restore their emotional wellbeing. My girls are captivated by its delicious taste and are happy to drink these teas as they say it also relieves cramps that my fifteen year old has just discovered! ☕️🌸

    Metabolism tea

    I love the metabolism tea , I mix it with the anti inflammatory and detox tea and feel so much better at the end of the day. The tins are a God sent for the loose leaf tea. Now I have tried the roogenic teas I will never look back .
