Desert Quandongs have been a staple food for Indigenous Australians for thousands of years.
This native fruit contains many antioxidants, twice the Vitamin C of an orange, and a high source of Vitamin E, folate, magnesium and calcium.
The flavour profile is an interesting combination of peach, apricot, and rhubarb. With a tart and tangy notes, the Quandong is brilliant for relishes, jams, desserts or anything requiring fruit!
