Awaken Loose Leaf Tea and Cup
Why it Works

Our Awaken Chai Tea is designed to support healthy blood sugar levels and enhance energy levels.

Cinnamon and Cardamon have been shown to stabilise blood glucose and improve digestion. 

Ginger increases digestive enzyme secretion and improves gut motility, while also reducing intestinal inflammation. 

We also included Pepperberries, which have been proven to have high antioxidant properties.

How to Use
Loose Leaf Tea

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy hot, as a Chai Latte or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Tea Bags

In a cup or teapot pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag. Allow to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy hot, as a Chai Latte or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Iced Tea

Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea or 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.

  • Aniseed Myrtle and Cinnamon Myrtle are harvested by small farmers in Northern New South Wales.

  • Wattleseed is harvested by Indigenous communities  and small farmers in South Australia.

  • Pepperberry is harvested by Indigenous growers and small farmers in Tasmania.

    First time I have found any remedial tea actually - remedial!

    It is not strong in black tea, which is perfect actually. It doesn't need it! This is a perfect blend of a little spice (not actually spicy! More chai spice) and I actually feel uplifted in the morning and ready for the day. It is far better than a cup of coffee to me! Smells and tastes amazing too.
