Our Native Clarity Tea has been designed to help calm your mind and reduce stress for improved daily health and wellbeing.

Asian ginseng has been proven to reduce stress and act as an antidepressant.

Passionflower has been proven to reduce anxiety, and promote a feeling of calm in the body and mind.

We also included Aniseed Myrtle to reduce stress and improve vitality by protecting against free radicals.

Jilungin has long been used as a traditional calming aid by the Nyul Nyul community.

How to Use

Our naturopaths recommend 500ml (two cups) daily, hot or cold, for at least two weeks. As our teas contain potent medicinal plants, it’s vital to see how your body responds, and then you can increase your intake to up to 1000ml per day. Our teas are caffeine-free and won’t dehydrate you, making them a perfect hydration boost throughout the day.

Loose Leaf Tea

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Tea Bags

In a cup or teapot pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag. Allow to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Iced Tea

Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea or 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.

Ingredients and Origin

Jilungin is wild-harvested by the Nyul Nyul community in the Dampier Peninsula region of Western Australia.

Lemon Myrtle and Aniseed Myrtle are harvested by small farmers in Northern New South Wales.

My new favourite
Loving this tea. Have tried both as hot tea and iced tea. Great mango flavour. Haven’t noticed any significant changes in mood however haven’t been drinking consistently enough as I’m cycling through the range I bought . Will definitely re purchase this one
