Possibly the best tea for pregnant women out there
So you're pregnant! Great! Congratulations! Now you have to cut the caffeine. Easier said than done. Coffee, black tea, green tea, white tea all contain caffeine. So you try herbal teas. What's safe? Who knows? Rooibos? Ugh. That doesn't leave you with much choice. And there's only so much lemon, ginger and peppermint tea a person can take. When I tried this, it was the most refreshing, delicious and soothing tea I've tried. Plus Roogenics clearly know their stuff. The lemon myrtle tastes great and is wonderful on a quesy stomach. The best pregnancy tea I've found.
