Why it Works

Our Pregnancy tea is designed by our naturopaths to nourish your body and help alleviate pregnancy-related nausea and fatigue.

Ginger and Chamomile have been shown to reduce nausea during pregnancy.

Nettle Leaf has been proven to assist with fatigue due to its high iron and vitamin B12 content.

We also included Mint to help soothe the digestive tract and reduce bloating and discomfort, while Lemon Myrtle contains calcium for bone health.

How to Use
Loose Leaf Tea

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Tea Bags

In a cup or teapot pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag. Allow to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Iced Tea

Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea or 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.

    Delicious

Recently pregnant and was looking for a a safe drink that wasn’t just boring water. Well this ticked all the boxes for me yummy warm and cold, makes me feel refreshed and it’s so light and fresh tasting I can happily enjoy it everyday.

I don’t have any nausea yet so cant commit on the effectiveness in that department.

A beautiful tasting tea without the caffeine!

My pregnant daughter in law loves the taste of this tea, and because she is a paramedic and needs to sleep she is so happy to find a tea without caffeine that tastes great. Hasn’t helped with the morning sickness yet but lives in hope if she orders another box it just might!
