I use Roogenic Salt Bush to make what I call 'salt bush spuds', and love the extra subtle taste of Australia it adds to the humble spud. I halve baby potatoes & rub with a little oil, rosemary & cut garlic and bake on an oven tray covered in foil, in a hot oven, for about 40 mins, after which potatoes are taken out & turned and coated in the salt bush powder then baked for a further 15 mins or until brown. I've also used salt bush to enhance barbecued lamb cutlets or chicken fillets, and love being able to use a product that is authentically Australian and tastes great.
