I use Roogenic Salt Bush to make what I call 'salt bush spuds', and love the extra subtle taste of Australia it adds to the humble spud. I halve baby potatoes & rub with a little oil, rosemary & cut garlic and bake on an oven tray covered in foil, in a hot oven, for about 40 mins, after which potatoes are taken out & turned and coated in the salt bush powder then baked for a further 15 mins or until brown. I've also used salt bush to enhance barbecued lamb cutlets or chicken fillets, and love being able to use a product that is authentically Australian and tastes great.
For years I used sea salt to season our food.
I switched to Salt Bush for seasoning meats and vegetables when cooking.
As I did this i noticed that my 2 children's eczema started to clear up. We had tried creams and changes in diet with no results. All we needed was some natural Salt Bush.
I'm soooo happy with this product and am looking forward to trying other products.
Thankyou also for such awesome service at the warehouse.
