Bushfood Event: Get Ready for a Taste of “Tales of the Artisans”

Roogenic is excited to be participating in the Tales of the Artisans: Long Table Remembrance Day Lunch, and we can’t wait to collaborate and encourage the local food movement. 

We will be sponsoring the event by providing bushfoods for some of the best chefs in Australia to work with. As such we are excited to see the mouth-watering masterpieces that will be created by chefs Paul Iskov, Sophie Budd, and Herb Faust who are renowned for creating exciting and unique dishes 

This event will be a unique Australian dining experience showcasing some of Australia’s finest chefs and Australian produce to take your taste buds on a gourmet adventure that is special to WA. 

Dishes include the highest quality of Western Australian produce and even foraged Australian botanicals, with each stellar chef creating a signature West Australian canape and designing a truly unique course, all curated to evoke memories and encapsulate the delight of all 5 senses. 

The day’s menu includes Australian Natives foraged, organic chestnut-fed pork, and Pont l'Eveque style cheese from WA, complimented with Paul Conti wines, bespoke Grumpy Fish cocktails, and Agent 80 Tonics. Tales of the Artisans will be held in Perth on 11th November 2018 to commemorate the 100-year anniversary of Armistice with a Western Australian long table lunch.
