Finally, a sleep tea that not only tastes great but actually helps me sleep. I bought my first box of loose leaf tea at the Fremantle Markets as much as souvenir of my only holiday to WA as anything. I liked that it supported the indigenous community (and hoped it drew on their knowledge of native plants) and small farmers. I was surprised by how effective it was and how pleasant the taste was. When I finished the box I went back to my previous Pukka sleep tea and realised there was no comparison. I then took the opportunity to buy 4 boxes of the Roogenic tea in the Black Friday sales online so I’m stocked up for awhile now.

I read other reviews with a fair sense of scepticism....well they were right....for years I have survived on an average of 3 to 4 hours sleep a night...I read a lot of books!...now I sleep...I fall asleep within minutes..not even a chance to start reading....the Berry flavour is really lovely too.
