Sale Period
The Roogenic Black Friday Sale runs from Tuesday, 17th November to Sunday, 7th December 2025, ending at 11:59pm AWST.

Limited Release Products
- 9 limited-release products will be launched throughout the sale.

These products are available in limited quantities and are strictly first-come, first-served.
- Once sold out, they will not be restocked during the sale period.
- Free gifts will be available to VIP customers first, before opening to the general public.
- Free products cannot be swapped or exchanged for alternative items once the purchase has been finalised
- Free gifts cannot be purchased separately
- Roogenic reserves the right to swap the advertised product to a similar product of equal or lesser value if items are oversold

Refunds can only be made to Australian Bank Accounts. If you are an overseas customer we can offer you a store credit / voucher.

Roogenic Leaf Society & Subscription Terms and Conditions
Leaf Society is a monthly subscription service where members will receive an exclusive, limited edition loose-leaf tea blend every month.
Roogenic also offers a subscription service on all of their products, this is a monthly service and has a minimum contract term of 4 months.
Subscription Details
- Become a Member: By purchasing a Roogenic Leaf Society product, you become a valued member of Roogenic’s Leaf Society for a fee of $23.96 per month per Leaf Society product, plus shipping charges.
- Free Infuser: Leaf Society members will receive a complimentary signature Roogenic ball infuser with their first Leaf Society purchase.
- Product Selection: Each month Leaf Society members will receive a mystery limited-edition loose-leaf tea blend with a complimentary brew guide.
Payment and Billing
- Subscription Fee: Subscription fees will be charged to your chosen payment method every 30 days unless you choose to pause or cancel your subscription.
- Shipping Fee: Charges for shipping will apply to each month’s shipment in accordance with Roogenic’s domestic and international shipping charges. See our delivery services here for more information.
- Discount Codes: Discount codes, including Roogenic Roowards vouchers, cannot be applied to Leaf Society purchases.
- Refunds/Exchanges: Leaf Society purchases are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. See “Managing Your Subscription” below for more information about subscription cancellation eligibility.
Managing Your Subscription
- Change of Billing Information or Delivery Address: To manage the billing information and/or the delivery address associated with your subscription, login here. Changes to billing information or delivery addresses must be processed before the next billing cycle to apply. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the change of delivery address if a payment has already processed. To enquire about changing the delivery address of a subscription in which the payment has already processed, please contact our Customer Care team at 1300 133 480 or customercare@roogenic.com.au.
- Combine with other Roogenic Subscriptions: Leaf Society orders can ship with other Roogenic subscriptions. To match the shipping date of all your existing subscriptions, login here and select ‘Manage’.
- Pause or Cancel: You are locked into 4 minimum payments prior to being able to cancel your subscription. You are welcome to edit your order frequency or subscription product at anytime. Note: Pauses and cancellations must be processed before the next billing cycle to avoid charges and dispatching for the subsequent month. Once a payment has processed, we cannot guarantee the ability to pause or cancel your subscription as the order may have already dispatched. Upon cancellation, you will no longer receive monthly deliveries, and your subscription will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle. To manage a subscription, login here.
Modification of Terms
The Leaf Society reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the terms and conditions of the subscription service at any time.
Members can rest assured that changes to terms and conditions will be communicated to Roogenic email subscribers and through our website.

Free Teabag sample is a single tea bag of one of our core range blends as pictured, unless otherwise mentioned.
Online Promotions
Online discounts apply to Roogenic's online store only. Fremantle Markets and Roogenic stockists will have their own promotions.
