Leaf Society Terms and Conditions

Leaf Society is a monthly subscription service where members will receive an exclusive, limited edition loose-leaf tea blend every month. For more information, visit the Leaf Society here or the terms and conditions below:

Subscription Details

  • Become a Member: By purchasing a Roogenic Leaf Society product, you become a valued member of Roogenic’s Leaf Society for a fee of $35 per month per Leaf Society product, plus shipping charges, for a minimum commitment of 4 months.
  • First Month Free: Only pay shipping on your our first month as a Leaf Society member. Subsequently, your subscription will automatically renew for $35 per month plus shipping, and your curated blend will be delivered to your selected address monthly.   • Free Infuser: Leaf Society members will receive a complimentary signature Roogenic ball infuser with their first Leaf Society purchase.
  • Product Selection: Each month Leaf Society members will receive a mystery limited-edition loose-leaf tea blend in a reusable Roogenic green tin with a complimentary brew guide. 

Payment and Billing

  • Subscription Fee: Subscription fees will be charged to your chosen payment method every 30 days unless you choose to pause or cancel your subscription after the initial 4-month commitment.
  • Shipping Fee: Charges for shipping will apply to each month’s shipment in accordance with Roogenic’s domestic and international shipping charges. See our delivery services here for more information.
  • Discount Codes: Discount codes, including Roogenic Roowards vouchers, cannot be applied to Leaf Society purchases.
  • Refunds/Exchanges: Leaf Society purchases are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. See “Managing Your Subscription” below for more information about subscription cancellation eligibility.

Managing Your Subscription

  • Change of Billing Information or Delivery Address: To manage the billing information and/or the delivery address associated with your subscription, login here. Changes to billing information or delivery addresses must be processed before the next billing cycle to apply. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the change of delivery address if a payment has already processed. To enquire about changing the delivery address of a subscription in which the payment has already processed, please contact our Customer Care team at 1300 133 480 or customercare@roogenic.com.au
  • Combine with other Roogenic Subscriptions: Leaf Society orders can ship with other Roogenic subscriptions. To match the shipping date of all your existing subscriptions, login here and select ‘Manage’. 
  • Pause or Cancel: You may pause, modify or cancel your subscription at any time after the initial 4-month commitment period. Note: Pauses and cancellations must be processed before the next billing cycle to avoid charges and dispatching for the subsequent month. Once a payment has processed, we cannot guarantee the ability to pause or cancel your subscription as the order may have already dispatched. Upon cancellation, you will no longer receive monthly deliveries, and your subscription will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle. Delivery

We aim to ship your subscription products within 1-4 business of each billing cycle. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances affecting shipping carriers.

To manage the delivery address associated with your subscription, login here. Changes to delivery addresses must be processed before the next billing cycle to apply. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the change of delivery address if a payment has already processed.

Modification of Terms

The Leaf Society reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the terms and conditions of the subscription service at any time.

Members can rest assured that changes to terms and conditions will be communicated to Roogenic email subscribers and through our website.

Sleep Tea Guarantee

We know you'll love our Native Sleep Tea, Native Relaxation Tea and Menopause Night Tea as much as we do. If you're not satisfied after 14 days of using our sleep teas, we are offering you your money back.

Contact our Customer Care team here within 45 days of your online purchase for a full refund on any Roogenic sleep product  (Excludes shipping change). Refund available exclusively for Roogenic Native Sleep, Native Relaxation and Menopause Night products.

Offer applies to first-time online purchases only. Refund is limited to one sleep product. We can only offer refunds for Australian bank accounts but will offer credits for international orders.

This guarantee is active from the 1st of June 2022.
