    Best sleep

    Using this tea gives me a deep sleep and i dont feel groggy in the morning.

    I start feeling relaxed and sleepy about 10 to 15 minutes after drinking it warm.

    Opposite effect on me

    Unfortunately I found this made me wired and on edge. Very!

    Tried it for 3 nights in case it was something else but by the 3 rd morning of terrible sleep I was trembly and feeling very anxious. Must be an adverse reaction to one of the ingredients.

    Interestingly I just spoke with someone who had the same experience. She was told passionflower can have that effect on some people.

    Shame, I really love the taste.

    Native relaxation tea.

    Absolutely love this tea,it helps me to relax and fall asleep more easily and stay asleep longer. My two oldest Granddaughter's also love it . Thank you

    Better than Valium

    This tea is like having your soul wrapped up in a warm hug and gently rocked. The taste is delicious with notes of citrus blossoming into cinnamon which adds to the feeling of comfort and well-being. I found it easy to unwind before bed and fell to sleep with ease after a cup of native relaxation tea.
