Trialled this tea for a couple of nights, quite pleasant to drink. Skipped a night and regretted not having it. So awake during the night, couldn’t fall back to sleep, so in the end I just got up! That night I made sure I had my tea and slept wonderfully.
It says to steep the tea bag for 6 mins however I found just 2 min max was plenty for me . I do save the tea bag for a second cup of for the next day - just brew it longer.
