At Roogenic, we work with Indigenous growers and small farmers all across Australia to create functional products made with Native Australian Plants. Our products are proudly Australian-made and all-natural.
Delivery
All orders are dispatched via Australia Post.
All domestic and international orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
The following shipping times are estimates by Australia Post.

We send all our Roogenic products worldwide. We encourage our customers to follow local laws, regulations and restrictions.
If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs or returned to Australia, we will not be responsible for the losses, product or shipping refunds.
It is the customer's responsibility to cover the additional shipping costs if the delivery attempt was not successful.
Online Orders
Tracking details for your online order will be included in your ‘Shipping Confirmation’ email. This confirmation is generally sent 1–4 business days after you place your order. If you’ve received the 'Order Confirmation' email but have not received a 'Shipping Confirmation' email after 4 business days, please contact our Customer Care team on 1300 133 480 or customercare@roogenic.com.au

All successful orders will display an on-screen confirmation message, and you will receive an order confirmation email promptly. The order confirmation may land in the junk folder of your email inbox.

No. You do not need to be logged into your account to earn points.
Each time you make a purchase online or in our Fremantle Markets store, points will be automatically added to your account under the email address provided to us.
There is no pricing or invoice within the parcel.
We accept credit cards, Afterpay, PayPal and Zip Pay as payment methods on our online shop. To access these payment methods, simply fill in your shipping details at checkout and select ‘Continue to Shipping' to select your preferred payment methods. Do not use ‘Express Checkout’.
To apply a discount code, head to your cart and click ‘Checkout’. Enter the discount code in the ‘Gift card or discount code’ section and click ‘Apply’.
Please note discount codes must be applied to receive the qualifying item or offer. Only one promotional code can be used per order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Returns & Refunds
At Roogenic, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and customer care. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase (upon presentation of your product with proof of purchase), you are welcome to return the item to us within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original saleable condition. If items have been opened or used they cannot be returned.
Online purchases can be returned in-store (Fremantle Markets, Perth) or via post. If returning via post, please package the item/s securely and post to the address below. Please note we do not cover the postage cost.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been arranged. Once issued, please expect 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
About Our Products
Follow these simple steps to brew your perfect cup of tea:
Loose Leaf – In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill in the fridge to drink as a refreshing iced tea.
Tea bags – In a cup or teapot pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag. Allow to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill in the fridge to drink as a refreshing iced tea.
Everyone is different in how their body responds to native ingredients and the results they have. We always suggest to our customers to start with 1-2 cups a day and slowly increase your intake.
For our sleeping teas, we recommend enjoying 1 hour before you intend to sleep.
Tea Leaves
Store your teas in airtight container away from direct sunlight.
Brewed Tea
If you have not added any sweeteners to your tea, you can store the brewed tea in the fridge for up to 5-7 days. If sweeteners have been added, we recommend storing in the fridge for 3-5 days.
You can rebrew our teas 2-3 times according to taste. If you are not immediately reusing the tea leaves, you can store the tea leaves or tea bag in your teapot, infuser or another container in the fridge for up to 3 days. The tea leaves do not need to dry out before reuse. It is perfectly normal for the colour and flavour to change after rebrewing.
All of our teas are caffeine-free except two of our Native Tea Elixirs, Revive and Awaken.
All our tea blends are made with natural, herbal ingredients without any caffeine (except our Native Tea Elixirs including Revive and Awaken). We certainly have many customers who are enjoying multiple teas throughout the day, even mixing the blends together! Our biggest recommendation is to always listen to your body when consuming anything, including our native teas.
It is important to state that everyone’s body is different and the results will vary. We always suggest to our customers to start with 1-2 cups a day and slowly increase your intake as per your needs whilst listening to your body!
Based on customer reviews, we always recommending trying the tea for at least 14 days to best assess if it can help you.
We don't recommend adding milk to many of our teas as they contain ingredients that may cause the milk to curdle.
However, you can add milk to Awaken to make a delicious milky chai.
We recommend brewing our native teas in boiling water first to allow the essential oils from the native plants and other ingredient to be released. You can then set your tea aside to chill in the fridge and drink as a refreshing iced tea.
The loose leaf and tea bags are the same product — it comes down to personal preference! Our 100% biodegradable and plastic-free tea bags are user friendly and perfect to share with loved ones or take on the go. The loose-leaf teas offer better value.
If shopping in-store look for the loose-leaf symbol on the front of each box to identify the tea type.
Our tea bags are plastic-free and 100% biodegradable! They are made from natural plant sources including corn starch. We use ultrasonic heat to seal each tea bag rather than glue, which is commonly used to seal other types of tea bags.
Our tea packaging is now 100% biodegradeable right down to the inner liner and sealing stickers! The outside of the box is made from 100% plant-based virgin fibre and is food contact safe, while our internal liners and tea bags are also made from plant-based materials including corn starch, tapioca roots, and sugarcane.
Most of the ingredients we source are wildly harvested or organic. The wildly harvested and organically grown ingredients are grown free from pesticides and chemicals.
Please note: wildly harvested and harvested ingredients can not be organically certified.
All our teas are suitable for vegetarians and vegans apart from our Collagen Tea, Menopause Day and Menopause Night Tea which both contain collagen.
All our products are Gluten-free except for our Menopause Night tea which contains Oat Straw. Although Oat Straw is Gluten-free there is risk of cross-contamination during the processing of the ingredient from the supplier. Trace amounts of gluten may be present in the Menopause Night tea.
Our teas currently are not Halal or Kosher certified.
Tea is classified as ‘low-risk'. To ensure that our teas are enjoyed at their optimum taste and freshness, we do have a best before date located on the bottom of the box.
The calorie content of the teas is very low so we do not list the calorific or nutritional values of our teas on the packaging.
Many of our customers enjoy sharing our native teas with their children.
We encourage everyone to review the ingredient list to ensure it is personally safe to consume.
Both our Native Relaxation and Native Sleep Tea are crafted with 5 Australian Bush Plants, including Jilungin, which has traditionally been used to aid in sleep. However, the tea blends offer differing flavours.
The Native Sleep Tea has a berry flavour and the Native Relaxation has a herbal, floral flavour.
Our Pregnancy Tea is a pregnancy-safe blend designed with Quandong, Aniseed Myrtle and other ingredients that can replenish energy levels and keep the body happily hydrated.
Our Nursing Tea contains Raspberry leaf, so we only recommend consuming in the last four weeks of pregnancy.
We have many customers who enjoy using our other Native teas during pregnancy and breastfeeding and the results have been exceptional. We do list all of the ingredients for each blend on our website and would encourage you to review these ingredients to ensure you or your loved ones are comfortable to consume these.

We are simply sharing native plants that Indigenous people have used for thousands of years as bush medicine. Our packaging has had a makeover! We have moved all of our tea blends to 100% plastic-free. The new packaging is more compact to reduce our footprint and is 100% biodegradable from end to end. The quality and quantity of our teas have not changed, just the look.
