3 Tablespoons Roogenic Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with Lemon Myrtle & Pepperberry
1/4 cup water (or more for a thinner consistency)
1/4 cup lime juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon Roogenic Lemon Myrtle (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Method:
Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. For a thinner consistency add more water until desired consistency is achieved.
