This tea is delicious with its unique blend of native plants. LOVE IT. After I drank this tea I became calm and relaxed and found I slept better. I recommend Calm and Bright as an excellent addition to ROOGENICS tea range.

I have been eyeing off the leaf society for a while now and finally caved last month.

It was a double edition which has made me realise I should’ve done this sooner. These two particular blends have been amazing to wake up to and wind down with - Dawn and Dusk.

Having Dawn in the morning wakes and sets me up nicely for a while. At night, I have the Dusk and my sleep has been great. I missed the Dusk last night and my sleep was absolutely erratic. While it may not have been solely to me skipping the tea, I do believe my tea ritual has helped me in ways and I am happy for it.

It came with a little tea infuser which is good, I love the little weighted kangaroo that keeps the infuser grounded. Also a tin which has been incredibly handy to store my tea and keep fresh.

Ive been off regular tea and was after something else and this has hit the spot - can’t wait for next months!

I do recommend giving it a go.. It’s like a mixed bag - you don’t know what you’re going to get, its exciting.

I like this idea, have had a few different teas now, I have liked most of them. I do think they are a little expensive, but getting one free at the start is a good thing, it's a good way to. try different teas. Well done guys x
