Berry Sleepy Gummies

Yields 21

Ingredients:
10 scoops Deep Sleep
½ cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen (allow to thaw, if frozen)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup apple juice
1¼  tbsp unflavoured gelatine
2 tsp Davidson Plum (optional)
2 tbsp sweetener (optional)

Method:
Add all of the ingredients except for the gelatine into a small saucepan and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

Allow to cool for another 5 minutes and pour the mixture into a blender or food processor, add in the gelatine and blend to the desired consistency.

Pour into moulds or an ice tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before consuming.

Note: For this recipe, an ice tray was used to yield 21 2cm x 2.5cm gummies, making each gummy roughly half a serving. To make this recipe vegan friendly, agar-agar can be used in place of gelatine.
