1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)
½ cup dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 scoops Deep Sleep
1 tbsp pepitas
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp dried cranberries
1 tbsp coconut flakes
Reduce the raspberries over low to medium heat in a small saucepan, mashing them as they cook.
Gently melt the dark chocolate chips & coconut oil in a glass bowl over a double boiler.
Turn off the heat and stir in the Deep Sleep.
Pour the mixture on a tray lined with baking paper. Spoon the raspberries and scatter the toppings.
Let the bark sit for at least an hour before refrigerating for another 2 hours or until fully set.
Remove from the refrigerator and break the chocolate bark into pieces before serving.
Tip: Replace the Deep Sleep with Collagen+ & Kakadu Plum and white chocolate with dark chocolate to make it a sleep version.
