Ingredients:
1 scoop Deep Sleep
1 cup milk of choice
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1/2 tbsp sweetener*
A pinch of sea salt*

Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and whisk until smooth.
Over low to medium heat, bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and stir every so often.
Adjust to your taste and enjoy.
