Iced Matcha with Inflammation Powder

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 tsp matcha powder
1 scoop Inflammation
2 tsp lemon juice
¼ cup hot water, around 80°C
1 cup water, chilled
Ice

Method:

Combine the matcha, Inflammation & lemon juice in a glass and pour in ¼ cup of hot water. Stir vigorously with a small whisk until smooth and foamy.
Add as much ice as desired and pour in 1 cup of chilled water. Stir once more before serving.
