Ingredients
- 1/4 Pumpkin roasted until soft
- 1 Brown Onion roasted
- 1 Garlic Clove roasted
- 200g Tahini
- 1 tsp Coriander, ground
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Chilli
- 2 Limes juiced
- 1 can Chickpeas (400g)
- 1 tsp Roogenic Pepperberries, grounded
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of Salt
Method
- Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. If hummus is still chunky gradually add more olive oil until you reach the consistency you like.
- To serve, sprinkle with Roogenic crushed Pepperberries.'
