Ingredients

  • 1/4 Pumpkin roasted until soft
  • 1 Brown Onion roasted
  • 1 Garlic Clove roasted
  • 200g Tahini
  • 1 tsp Coriander, ground
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Chilli
  • 2 Limes juiced
  • 1 can Chickpeas (400g)
  • 1 tsp Roogenic Pepperberries, grounded
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of Salt

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. If hummus is still chunky gradually add more olive oil until you reach the consistency you like.
  2. To serve, sprinkle with Roogenic crushed Pepperberries.'
