Ingredients:

  • 125g baby rocket leaves

  • 2 firm pears, cored, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shaved parmesan
  • 2 Tablespoons Roogenic Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with Lemon Myrtle & Pepperberry
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • Salt and pepper

       

      Method:

      1. In a serving bowl combine Rocket leaves, pear slices and shaved parmesan.
      2. In a separate bowl, whisk Roogenic Lemon Myrtle & Pepperberry Infused Olive Oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Once combined pour over salad and toss.
