INGREDIENTS
- 4 tsp Roogenic Native Hydration Tea (or 4 Tea Bags)
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 tsp Roogenic Lemon Myrtle Infused Honey
- 500g ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
- Steep 4 tsp of Roogenic Native Hydration Tea in 1 litre of boiling hot water for 10 minutes. While warm, mix through the Roogenic Lemon Myrtle Infused Honey until dissolved. Reserve the tea leaves to use again and cool the tea in the fridge.
- Add the sliced cucumber and lemon before pouring over ice.
