Why it Works

Our Native Relaxation Tea has been designed to quiet the mind, relax the body, and promote deep sleep naturally.

Jilungin has long been used as a traditional sleep aid by the Nyul Nyul community.

Passionflower and Chamomile have been proven to improve sleep quality via their sedative action while reducing nervous restlessness.

We also included Aniseed Myrtle, Strawberry Gum Leaf, and Lemon Myrtle to reduce oxidative stress.

How to Use

Sip one cup (250ml) 30-40 minutes before bed to wind down naturally. Need something stronger or with less liquid? Make a concentrated brew with 150ml of water and steep for 15 minutes for a more potent brew.

Loose Leaf Tea

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy it before bedtime.

Tea Bags

Pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag, then allow it to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy it before bedtime.

Peninsula region of Western Australia.

Aniseed Myrtle and Strawberry Gum Leaf are harvested by small farmers in Northern New South Wales.

Native Lemongrass is wild-harvested by the Nyul Nyul community in the Dampier Peninsula region of Western Australia.

Such a great tea
Lately, I’ve found it hard to unwind after busy days. But this has been incredibly helpful for calming my mind. By the time I’m ready for bed, I feel relaxed and no longer react the way I used to when overtired. I absolutely love it. I’m 41, a wife, a mum, I work at a school part time, and I’m also starting a small business—so having something that helps me reset in the evenings makes a big difference. It really gets me through 🫶🏼

Distinctive Herbal Tea
For lovers of herbal teas, the native relaxation tea is a nice entry into the herbal flavour repertoire with a very distinctive taste, complex, slightly acrid with hints of cocoa and citrus. As for the purported claims to help you sleep and relax, personally I didn't notice any medicinal effects at all but wasn't really expecting any either. It's probably more effective as a digestive aid than anything else. It's definitely a unique flavour though.

Best sleep ever
Was unsure if this product would work as I have been dealing with insomnia and been on sleeping pills. Iam now off the sleeping meds thanks to roogenic. I have a cup of this 1/2 an hour before bed time and it only takes 15 minutes to fall asleep, I love this tea and recommend it to anyone struggling to fall asleep, thanks Roogenic
