Why it Works

Vitality tea is designed by our naturopaths to alleviate stress, support mood and invigorate the body with soothing adaptogens and potent antioxidants. 

Shatavari Root has been shown to help you relax by reducing the amount of cortisol (stress hormone) released into the body.

Lemon Myrtle and Davidson Plum are rich in magnesium and zinc, which help make neurotransmitters that boost your mood.

We also included Red Clover, which has been shown to reduce anxiety.

How to Use
Loose Leaf Tea

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Tea Bags

In a cup or teapot pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag. Allow to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Iced Tea

Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea or 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.

    This is a great refreshing drink for summer. I brew pots of these and keep them in the fridge. Easy to drink and very refreshing. If have a soda machine, spritz a little in and it elevates the taste even more!
