How to Use

Sip one cup (250ml) 30-40 minutes before bed to wind down naturally. Need something stronger or with less liquid? Make a concentrated brew with 150ml of water and steep for 15 minutes for a more potent brew.
Tea Bags

Pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag, then allow it to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy it before bedtime.

Loose Leaf Tea

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy it before bedtime.

Iced Tea

Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea or 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.

    First time I have ever tried a sleep tea and have been enjoying Celestial Sleep Tea so much. Even before bed after a night out. It’s perfect and comes in a gorgeous nature green tin.

    I hate the taste but boy does it work!

    It's definitely an improvement on their native tea blend, the celestial tea just knocks you out. You'll be yawning before you finish the cup. Very effective. But I hate the taste, I honestly treat it like medicine and drink it as fast as I can. It's very different to the usual tea range in that it has artificial vanilla, and that's the predominant taste. Over the top, sickly sweet vanilla. Which it doesn't need, there's literally like 5 different plants in there?! Took a star off for the taste cause it's THAT effective, but really the taste is a minus twenty out of ten.

    So relaxing

    I alternate between Native sleep Tea and Celestial sleep tea each night. I love them both and I’m asleep within 30mins of finishing my tea.

    Can’t live without my nightly cuppa and of Roogenic Tea.

    Sleep magic

    Celestial sleep tea is fantastic, I tried it a couple of hours before I went to bed and wow it knocked me out for hours. Normally I wake up a few times per night but not with this little tea bag of sleep magic

    Best ever

    The first two nights i felt relaxed but not really sleepy

    The third night I felt really tired within 15 minutes of drinking and slept all night and woke next morning feeling great and relaxed, which is rare for me. I normally wake up worrying about something. I now have a cuppa before bed and sleep all night.

    Highly recommend.
