    Collagen and Inflammation pwoder

    My husband and I have just started our second container of the collagen powder and just this morning my husband was saying our skin seems to be smoother more shiny. Taste is very nice.

    Also using the inflammation powder the taste is also very

    nice but have not noticed much difference as far as pain. We are about half way into our first container.

    Sleepy time, tea and other

    I've been drinking the Sleepytime tea through at night time and through the night when I wake up. It seems to help me get back to sleep quite easily. I actually don't mind the min flavoured tea as well. It's quite nice. there is something else as well with a nice flavour but I threw the packet out before I got to check it.
