How to Use

Sip one cup (250ml) 30-40 minutes before bed to wind down naturally. Need something stronger or with less liquid? Make a concentrated brew with 150ml of water and steep for 15 minutes for a more potent brew.
Loose Leaf Tea

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy it before bedtime.

Tea Bags

Pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag, then allow it to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy it before bedtime.

    Evening ritual

    I’ve recently cut alcohol from my life and this tea has helped me stay AF. I steep in a little water before adding ice cubes and sparkling water. I now look forward to this relaxing ‘mocktail’ of an afternoon. So refreshing and relaxing 😎

    Lovely tea.

    Tried the tea before bed last night. It’s a bit difficult to assess it’s relaxation effects as it was so hot last night and not conducive to a good night sleep! I’ll review again after drinking it for longer but it was a lovely tea to drink.

    Awesome tea

    Been having this tea for the past two weeks after dinner and it puts me in the perfect mood to go to sleep, as soon as I’m laying down and ready to go to sleep I’m out like a light!

    Delicious and works

    It’s a lovely lemon scented tea, without aftertaste. I am currently trying Melatonin which does not maintain sleep, however with a cup of the Native Relaxation Tea I sleep peacefully all night. It’s best to drink it within an hour of bedtime. I will update this review when I stop the Melatonin. I highly recommend this tea for sleep.

    Good sleep tea

    I found the little booklet that came with the tea very helpful and did as suggested to get a good nights sleep with my first cup of tea that night. Still need to work on the right bedtime routine as that with the tea does the trick. Nice tea!

    Amazing product!

    This product has been amazing. I have slept so well since drinking this tea. I tested it out one night by not drinking it and went back to waking through the night. The very night it was the first thing I went for having looked forward to it all day. I highly recommend this relaxation tea.

    I am loving it! The flavour is great which makes it easy to drink. Now whether it is mind over matter you tell me. It works! Next order is the Sleep tea because if the relaxation tea helps the sleep tea should be fantastic 🤩
