Why it Works

Our Native Relief Tea has been designed to help alleviate aches, pains, and migraines, by reducing inflammation naturally.

Native Lemongrass has been shown to help reduce pain, with one study deeming it as effective as aspirin.

We also included Lemon Myrtle for its anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative properties which may assist the body in managing inflammation. The Rose adds a calming floral aroma.

How to Use
Loose Leaf Tea

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Tea Bags

In a cup or teapot pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag. Allow to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Iced Tea

Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea or 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.

    Relief and very tasty!

I have fibromyalgia and have been through chemotherapy treatment that has left me with some additional aches and pains but cancer free so no complaints. This tea helps with my joint and muscle pain. Awesome tea and has such a lovely taste with the rose petals. Very enjoyable tea all round.

    It actually works!

I picked this up accidentally instead of another tea, not knowing it was marketed to help relieve aches and pains. After fishing the tea (I'm a slow drinker), I instantly noticed my headache disappeared and my knees, which sometimes get a little stiff from running, felt great.

    Amazing product!

Probably my most important & valued tea - I find this helps relieve most headaches for me. I normally try this first before having any type of pharmaceuticals. Such a useful item to keep in your Natural Medicine kit!
