How to Use

Sip one cup (250ml) 30-40 minutes before bed to wind down naturally. Need something stronger or with less liquid? Make a concentrated brew with 150ml of water and steep for 15 minutes for a more potent brew.
Loose Leaf Tea

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy it before bedtime.

Tea Bags

Pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag, then allow it to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy it before bedtime.

Iced Tea

Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea or 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.

    Delicious tea helped me sleep

    This tea is so delicious and actually helped me sleep better the first night I tried it!!! I was so amazed! It's so yummy I want to drink it all day but I'm worried I'll fall asleep hahaha

    Amazing for all

    I have been drinking this tea for over a year now and wow! It has helped my peri-menopause sleep problems a lot. I also share the pot of this with my daughter who absolutely loves it. I highly recommend finding a beautiful cup to make this delicious tea and just sit in bed and just feel the warmth and smell the beautiful aromas and taste the deliciousness.

    Beat tea ever !

    Knocks me out flat, I take medication and I really don't need it when I have this before bed. It's the best native tea and I feel more connected to the Earth everytime I drink it. Thank you from a young indigenous woman x

    Roogenic Tea for deep sleep

    Native Sleep Tea

    Have not slept well for years. My deep sleep and REM sleep have been spasmodic and minimal to say the least . Since drinking Roogenic Native Sleep tea my deep sleep has improved exponentially. I drink this tea before bed each night and feel calm and relaxed, then drift off into an amazing sleep for many hours. I look forward to drinking Native sleep tea each night for a brilliant night sleep.

    The only thing that has helped with my sleep

    Apart from cannabis, this is the only other thing which has helped curb my sleeping issues. It keeps me asleep longer, and gets me to sleep earlier, and I can even use the teabags a second time because this stuff seems to be potent. I'm a very happy customer.
