How to Use

Sip one cup (250ml) 30-40 minutes before bed to wind down naturally. Need something stronger or with less liquid? Make a concentrated brew with 150ml of water and steep for 15 minutes for a more potent brew.
Tea Bag

Pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag, then allow it to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy it before bedtime.

Loose-Leaf Tea

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy it before bedtime.

    Fabulous teas

    Loving these teas

    I am now officially addicted to a cup of either Sleep or Relaxation Tea each night before bed.

    My preference is the loose-leaf tea but the tea bags are helpful when travelling.

    Highly recommend both teas.
