How to Use

Sip one cup (250ml) 30-40 minutes before bed to wind down naturally. Need something stronger or with less liquid? Make a concentrated brew with 150ml of water and steep for 15 minutes for a more potent brew.
Loose Leaf Tea

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy it before bedtime.

Tea Bags

Pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag, then allow it to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy it before bedtime.

    Sleep Tea

    Trialled this tea for a couple of nights, quite pleasant to drink. Skipped a night and regretted not having it. So awake during the night, couldn’t fall back to sleep, so in the end I just got up! That night I made sure I had my tea and slept wonderfully.

    It says to steep the tea bag for 6 mins however I found just 2 min max was plenty for me . I do save the tea bag for a second cup of for the next day - just brew it longer.

    A Lovely Tea That Really Relaxes

    I’ve been using a different brand with not great results and decided to try Roogenic. It worked from the first cup, I felt myself relaxing and getting sleepy. It isn’t as strong as a sleeping tablet, but it IS relaxing and helps you unwind enough to feel lovely and mellow and ready for bed. It is also delicious!

    Best tea to promote calmness and well-being.

    This tea has a uniquique, long lasting and pleasant taste. It combines camomile with traditional indigenous plants to promote calmness and well-being. It is indeed relaxing. The tea blend is encased in special silky pods. The experience is a special treat to relax at the end of a day. Each t bag can make 2 cups of tea. The tea blend calms my mind and my tummy.
