    I have consistent joint swelling in my hands and feet as a side effect of ross river fever virus . I was living with pain and discomfort until I tried the Roogenic inflammation powder daily has relieved majority of my symptoms and reduced my use of over the counter anti inflammatory medications to almost nonexistent.     So light and refreshing!

    Has a light orange taste and I feel really hydrated after a glass of this. It really does help with feeling less bloated. Really easy and nice to drink if you have trouble with plain water sometimes like me. Just make sure to stir, or swirl the glass, before the end because it does settle on the bottom just a little.

    Deep sleep not knock out

    Gave a deep sleep. Does not knock a person out cold so if you were hoping it would then you will be disappointed. In no danger of being on a prescription only list. You can get a very deep and natural feeling sleep though.
