This holiday season, we’re grateful for being able to give back to the community - this wouldn’t be possible without our customers’ help! We’re proud to announce that part profits from all Roogenic products sold from November 1st to December 31st will be donated to the Moorditj Koort Aboriginal Health and Wellness Centre.
Led by Teresa Miller, Moorditj Koort is a not-for-profit that aims to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of local Indigenous communities and elders.

About the Moorditj Koort Program
Moorditj Koort Aboriginal Health and Wellness Centre is a community controlled not-for-profit that supports the health and wellness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people living in the Kwinana and Rockingham Community.
It was founded in 2010 and since then has effectively become a one-stop-shop for primary healthcare services for the Indigenous community. Their programs include:
- Care cordination program
- Aboriginal Health Worker program
- Primary school health checks program
- Practice incentives program Indigenous health incentive (PIP IHI) program
There is a great need for high-quality, culturally-safe healthcare services in the Indigenous community. According to a study published by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, Indigenous Australians are twice as likely as non-Indigenous Australians to have severe disability or suffer from severe health issues.
This is why organisations such as Moorditj Koort Aboriginal Wellness Centre are essential in our society. They help develop and strengthen the relationship between local health services, agencies and the Indigenous community, and improve the planning, evaluation and delivery of health services.
Thank you for your help
