Anti-Inflammitea Green Juice

Revitalise with this not-your-average Green Juice recipe! A potent mix with Native Anti-Inflammitea and bright green fruits & veggies for a refreshing boost.

Serves 1

Ingredients

2 tsp Native Anti-Inflammitea

250ml water, boiling

1 stalk of kale

1 stalk of celery

½” ginger

½ apple

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 sprig of mint

Ice (optional)

Method

  • Steep the Native Anti-Inflammitea tea in the boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
  • Chop the kale, celery and apple into small chunks and add the remainder of the ingredients into a blender.
  • Strain the juice into a glass with ice and pour in the brewed tea.
