Our naturopaths recommend 500ml (two cups) daily, hot or cold, for at least two weeks. As our teas contain potent medicinal plants, it’s vital to see how your body responds, and then you can increase your intake to up to 1000ml per day. Our teas are caffeine-free and won’t dehydrate you, making them a perfect hydration boost throughout the day.
Loose Leaf Tea

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Tea Bags

In a cup or teapot pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag. Allow to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Iced Tea

Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea or 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.

    Inflammation tea- Well worth trying

    I’ve used this product for just over a week. Now having a cup in morning and one late afternoon/early evening. Has a great taste to it. I am very fussy with food, etc and this isn’t bad.

    I have certainly noticed a difference in my feet and the swelling. I can tell I have ankles now.

    A product I’m pretty sure I will continue using.

    Sore swollen right foot

    I've never had swollen feet before

    I'm 69 yo and it happened almost overnight. Just the right foot, it was becoming a real problem as it was getting worse and I thought l might not be able to wear my shoes 👟😔.

    Within 48 hrs, 2 cups a day, it improved so fast. Now I'm down to one cup a day and it seems to have settled. Thankyou so much. I would never have thought the Inflammation Tea would make such a difference and work so fast.

    Inflammation tea

    I'm on my third box of this one. I also have other blends. This one is a beautiful flavour. I really like the taste but I have noticed the turmeric marks the cup and teapot. It's not the end of the world and if you clean them within a reasonable time afterwards it comes off. The main thing is I feel like it helps me. I have osteoarthritis, gout, foraminal stenosis and other ailments and work full time and I don't want to stop so I try things to help me and this has been a keeper for me.
