2 tsp Native Detox (or 2 teabags)
¼ cup water, boiling
¼ small cucumber
4 basil leaves
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp sweetener
1 cup water, chilled
Steep the Native Detox in ¼ cup of boiling water for at least 10 minutes. Strain and set aside.
Muddle the cucumber and basil in a cocktail mixer to release the flavours.
Combine the rest of the ingredients and shake well with ice. Pour and strain into a glass with ice.
Optional: Using a peeler or a mandoline, make thin ribbons out of the cucumber and thread this through a toothpick. Place them in your drink along with more basil leaves as garnish.
