Fire Cider with Kakadu Plum & Immunity

A powerful and immunity-boosting elixir blending vibrant Kakadu Plum powder, aromatics, herbs and spices.


2 tsp Kakadu Plum powder

2 tbsp Immunity

5 garlic cloves

2 chillies

1 lemon

1 cinnamon stick

2-inch ginger

¼ cup honey

2 sprigs of rosemary

2 tsp black pepper, ground

Apple cider vinegar



Prepare the ingredients by finely chopping the garlic, ginger and chillies.
Add the Kakadu Plum powder, Immunity, garlic, ginger, chillies, lemon juice & fruit itself, cinnamon, honey, rosemary and black pepper.
Top this concoction up with enough apple cider to submerge all the ingredients as this will prevent spoilage.
Store the jar in a cool, dark place and leave for 4-6 weeks. Remember to give the jar a shake once a day.
Once the fire cider is ready, it can be strained, if desired, and consumed.
