½ cup water
1 tbsp Roogenic Golden Sticky Chai
½ tsp turmeric powder (optional)
2 tsp sweetener of choice (optional)
½ cup milk of choice
Heat the water in a small saucepan over low to medium heat. Once it simmers, add in the Golden Sticky Chai, turmeric powder & sweetener and let it infuse for 2-3 minutes.
Add in the milk and simmer for another 1-2 minutes and turn off the heat.
Pour the contents through a sieve directly over a cup. Serve immediately.
Optional: After straining the tea, use two cups to “pull” the tea by pouring it back and forth briskly for at least four times, this will aerate the tea and create a frothy top before serving.
