Miso Soup for One with Immunity Tea

A soothing Immunity Tea miso soup for one with Immunity Tea & wakame, perfect for those chilly mornings.

Serves 1

Ingredients

2 tsp Immunity Tea

½ tablespoon shiro miso paste

½ tsp dashi stock (optional)

1 pinch dried young wakame

1 ½ cups water

1 small sprig spring onion, green part

Method

  • Pour boiling water into a mug with an infuser and allow Immunity Tea & miso paste to steep for about 5 minutes. Give this a stir to incorporate the miso.
  • Remove the tea and stir in the dashi stock and wakame to combine.
  • Finely mince the spring onion and add this to your soup before serving.
