Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 lemon
3 sprigs of rosemary
1 heaped tbsp Immunity Tea
1 heaped tbsp Metabolism Tea
2 tbsp Roogenic Honey
2 cups hot water
Method:
Slice lemon into quarters, gently bruise the sprigs of rosemary and place into a prepared teapot.
Add the Immunity & Metabolism teas as well as the honey into the teapot and pour boiling water over. Let steep for 10 minutes and enjoy hot.
