Oat Turmeric Latte with Native Anti-Inflammitea

A creamy, golden caffeine-free beverage with the anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric, perfect for a soothing morning or evening ritual.

Ingredients

2 tsp Native Anti-Inflammitea

1 cup water, boiling

1 cup oat milk

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp ground cinnamon

2 tsp turmeric

A pinch of ground black pepper

2 cloves

2 cardamom pods, crushed

2 tsp honey

Method

Steep the Native Anti-Inflammitea in boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
In a small saucepan over low heat, add the brewed Native Anti-Inflammitea, oat milk, spices & honey. Give this brisk whisk to combine.
Bring this to a light simmer before removing from the heat.
Pour into mugs and enjoy while warm. Sprinkle extra cinnamon on top to finish.
