Creamy, warmly spiced smoothie packed with nutrients & Kakadu Plum for any time of the day.
Serves 1
Ingredients:
¼ tsp Kakadu Plum
¼ cup rolled oats
3 dates
1 tbsp nut butter
¼ cup yoghurt
1½ cup milk of your choice
1 pinch sea salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp pepitas
1 tsp sunflower seeds
Method:
- In a high speed blender, blitz the rolled oats to a powder.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and top with more cinnamon and seeds before serving.
