Ingredients:
1 tsp Native Sleep (or 1 teabag)
1 tsp Native Strawberry (or 1 teabag)
1/4 cup water, boiling
2 strawberries
1 tsp Roogenic Honey
1 cup milk of your choice
Method:
Steep the Native Sleep & Native Strawberry teas in ¼ cup of boiling water for 6-8 minutes.Blend or mash the strawberries and add this to a small saucepan with the honey. Let this reduce until it gets thick and jammy.
Add in the strained teas and milk. Stir to combine.
Enjoy this warm before bed.
